Ekolube CPN 211

Ekolube CPN 211 is a high-performance polar concentrate of high-pressure and anti-seize additives used in chip machining of very tough materials, either alone or in the recommended mixture with mineral oil. Chemically, it is a mixture of long-chain chlorinated hydrocarbons, natural and mineral oils.

Areas of use: All ferrous metal machining applications, especially very tough materials, including stainless steel and titanium, deep hole drilling, turning, milling, cutting, broaching, reaming and wherever it is necessary to achieve a high-quality machined metal surface and minimal wear on the cutting tool. It is possible to apply it as a concentrate directly to the cutting site, e.g. during manual threading or in general operations with a low cutting speed or as an additive / additive / to the cutting oil in the amount of approx. 10-50% Ekolube CPN 211 in the oil. The product is not suitable for non-ferrous metals. The preparation contains chlorinated paraffins - do not dispose together with used oils.
