EKOLUBE CHUCK GREASE WHITE

EKOLUBE CHUCK GREASE WHITE is used as a lubricant for the lubrication of friction nodes under high dynamic stress, pressure and shock, such as homokinetic joints, stressed pins and screw joints, including stainless steel, splined shafts, etc. It is also used to lubricate chucks and clamping sleeves of machine tools, where ensures highly accurate and constant clamping forces, thus preventing workpieces or tools from loosening. The application of this lubricant is very suitable for greasing chucks with the SDS tool clamping system for drilling and demolition hammers with an electro-pneumatic hammer. The grease can also be used to lubricate heavily loaded slow speed bearings and as an assembly agent for tight fit bearings. Prevents vibrational corrosion (tribocorrosion) and stick-slip effect during micro-movements of functional surfaces. Easy and clean application. Temperature range of applicability: -30 to +180°C. (dry lubrication +300°C).
