Ekolube Silikon Grease 1

It is a homogeneous mixture of methyl silicone oil and silica airgel. It has a translucent to white-gray shade, does not smell. It exhibits high thixotropic and penetrating ability. It is used to lubricate sliding and rolling bearings, especially in delicate mechanics. Ideal for lubrication of pairs, metal-plastic and plastic-plastic. Withstands continuous operating temperatures of -70 °C to +150 °C. It has only a small change in consistency in the indicated temperature range. At a temperature of 180 °C, which is the limiting oxidation temperature, the liquid oil component of the lubricant oxidizes in the air, the products of which can have a corrosive effect on some structural materials. It is not subject to oxidation at temperatures up to 150°C and prevents corrosion in moist corrosive environments (e.g. sulfur dioxide, acid fumes).

Chemical resistance: Ekolube Silikon Grease 1 resists diluted solutions of acids, alkalis and salts. However, it can be damaged by concentrated acids (sulfuric, nitric, hydrofluoric) and alkali solutions (sodium and potassium). It is inert to all construction materials and does not cause swelling of rubber, rubber or plastic materials /except silicone rubber/.
