Ekolube Pyrosynt 320

Synthetic oil for lubrication of chains working at high operating temperatures. Lubricant based on synthetic esters and hydrocarbons, without silicones, designed for the lubrication of strongly heated chains, pinions and pulleys, e.g. in drying and firing ovens and tunnels. The product has a long service life and prevents the formation of high-temperature deposits that occur when using mineral oils. Application: For lubrication of chains and pinions, conveyors in drying tunnels and firing furnaces in the temperature range of 180° to 260°C. The oil does not contain silicones, so it is suitable for lubricating the chains and bearings of oven carts of drying and firing tunnels in paint shops. Before using this product, it is advisable to clean the chains thoroughly from the rest of the deposits that would make lubrication difficult and then continuously apply the minimum necessary amount of oil. Prevent overlubrication and oil dripping.
