Ekolube ERO SB

Emulsifying oil EKOLUBE ERO SB is a universal, water-miscible, boron-free cutting fluid with a high mineral oil content. The product contains refined mineral oils, an emulsifier, a corrosion inhibitor as well as a friction modifier and optimized biocidal additives. The product does not contain barium, chlorinated hydrocarbons, PCB, PCT and similar polychlorinated compounds, nitrites, PTBB and phenol.

Areas of use:

coolant for machining with precisely defined tool geometry (turning, milling, drilling, cutting, etc.) including grinding

Recommended concentrations of 3 - 8% according to machining conditions are suitable for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals and Al alloys.

Hardly flammable pressure fluids of the HFAE type for hydrostatic mechanisms, in a concentration of 2-5%
