EKOLUBE CGLPF oils are multifunctional mineral industrial oils reinforced with a stabilized PTFE dispersion, recommended especially for machines with a combined hydraulic and sliding lubrication system, or for the lubrication of industrial transmissions and chains with high demands on EP and anti-abrasion properties.

Product description

They are produced from highly refined base oils and a balanced package of additives, containing antioxidants, anti-wear, high-pressure (EP), anti-corrosive, anti-foam additives, as well as a friction modifier and additives to increase the adhesion and strength of the lubricating film. In addition, these oils contain dispersed white solid lubricants PTFE and hBN, which improve the antifriction properties especially in the area of marginal and mixed friction and perfectly protect against the occurrence of rubbing ("stick-slip" effect).

These substances protect the oil from being pushed out of the contact surfaces even at high pressure, both in horizontal and vertical guidance of moving parts of machines. It also protects the oil from leaching caused by other process fluids. The oil exhibits excellent anti-abrasion and high-pressure properties and protects against seizing and excessive wear even under heavy loads. It provides good oxidation resistance, thermal stability and protects machines from corrosion.

Oils for sliding guides that can be applied for lubrication of sliding guides, tables and sliding mechanisms of precision machine tools (drilling, milling, grinding machines, etc.) operating under normal to heavy loads, at low sliding speed and minimal oil supply. It is suitable for a wide range of sliding surfaces, including cast iron and synthetic materials. Viscosity classes 100 and above are also suitable for lubrication of vertical sliding guides and other parts, e.g. bearings, gears, which are found in circulation systems.
