Ekolube Antikor LD

Ekolube Antikor LD is a so-called Dewatering Fluid with temporary anti-corrosion protection. After drying, it creates a very thin, dry to the touch transparent film with high anti-corrosion protection on the treated surface. Application: Ekolube Antikor LD is used for short-term or inter-operative preservation of semi-finished products made of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Designed mainly for indoor storage and preservation of packaged parts. However, it is especially suitable for drying wet surfaces of workpieces – for example, parts that come out of washing equipment or carry residues of cooling aqueous emulsions from the previous process. Water or water solutions that have accumulated in inaccessible places sensitive to corrosion /slots, grooves, bores, geometrically complicated workpieces/ are reliably displaced by this oil. This enables perfect drying and storage of metal parts before further processing. Application is carried out with undiluted product by spraying, painting, rolling or dipping. Removal, if necessary, can be performed by mechanical wiping, slightly alkaline detergents, or solvents in the liquid or vapor phase.
