Ekolube Pyrosynt M 200

Liquid lubricant based on synthetic esters and hydrocarbons, without silicones, designed for the lubrication of strongly heated chains, pinions and pulleys, e.g. in drying and firing ovens and tunnels. The product has excellent oxidation stability and lubricity, also provides long-term service life and prevents the formation of high-temperature deposits that occur when using mineral oils. Application: Lubrication of chains and pinions, conveyors in drying and firing ovens, up to a chain temperature of 230 °C, for the M 200 variant up to temperatures of 250 °C with automatic relubrication. The oil does not contain silicones, so it is suitable for lubricating the chains and bearings of kiln carts of drying and firing tunnels in paint shops. Before using this product, it is advisable to clean the chains thoroughly from the rest of the deposits that would make lubrication difficult and then continuously apply the minimum necessary amount of oil. Prevent overlubrication and oil dripping.
