EKOLUBE GEAR

Ekolube Gear is a concentrate based on a stabilized dispersion of white solid lubricants in mineral oil. The synergistic combination of PTFE and hBN solid lubricants provides the oil with superior high-pressure, anti-abrasion and lubricity properties, especially in the area of ​​mixed and marginal friction. The balanced combination of PTFE-teflon® and hBN - hexagonal boron nitride is a very effective anti-friction material and is used for extreme lubrication requirements and suppression of the related negative effects. Ekolube Gear concentrate stands out in particular for its low level of wear on lubricated nodes under high dynamic load and wherever there are not good conditions for the creation of hydrodynamic lubrication.

The use of Ekolube Gear concentrate is especially suitable for automotive transmission oils for manual transmissions in a concentration of 10% (i.e. in a ratio of 1:10) to the volume of the oil filling. The concentrate is miscible with all types of mineral and synthetic oils, except oils based on polyalkylene glycols.
